Job Korea's foreign recruitment and job search service 'KLiK' (Klik) celebrated its first anniversary, firmly establishing itself as a leader in the domestic foreign talent market. Over the past year, KLiK has shown remarkable growth, proving itself to be an essential platform for both foreign job seekers and companies. Notably, in the last three months, monthly active users (MAU) surged by 242%, surpassing 100,000 as of June. The cumulative number of job postings also reached approximately 140,000, a 46% increase compared to the first quarter. This reflects KLiK's enthusiastic reception within the community of foreign students and job seekers in Korea. Behind this growth are continuous service improvements, the launch of its dedicated app, and the introduction of an AI-powered personalized job recommendation system. Furthermore, by actively hosting online job fairs and offline networking parties, KLiK facilitated tangible connections between job seekers and companies, increasing the matching rate. According to the 1st-anniversary data released by KLiK, the most active job category for foreign recruitment postings was Education/Research (27%). This was followed by Sales (19.5%), Food & Beverage (10.2%), Marketing & Public Relations (7.6%), and Management (7.4%). Interestingly, the actual application rate from job seekers was also highest for Education/Research (19.1%), showing high interest in fields requiring professional skills beyond language, such as Management (11.9%) and Marketing & Public Relations (11.5%). A KLiK official explained that offering various types of employment opportunities, including full-time positions, part-time jobs, and internships, attracted job seekers' preferences. KLiK is not stopping there and is accelerating its efforts to attract top talent from overseas, going beyond foreign residents in Korea. Recently, KLiK conducted lectures and consultations related to Korean employment at study abroad fairs in Vietnam and Thailand, and plans to hold additional offline networking events for international talent in the second half of the year. Chris Huh, Head of Job Korea's KLiK business, stated, "The previously fragmented job search and recruitment culture is now being integrated into a single platform called KLiK." He expressed his ambition, saying, "We will spare no effort in providing continuous support to ensure smooth communication between companies and job seekers, and to help international talent successfully settle in Korea."
