Job Korea has officially launched 'AI Jobs', a service specialized in recruiting professionals for the artificial intelligence (AI) industry, actively responding to the surging demand for AI talent. This marks the first time in the domestic HR industry that a specialized recruitment service exclusively for AI roles has been introduced, and it is expected to be a significant turning point in the competition among companies to secure key talent due to the widespread adoption of AI technology.
'AI Jobs' targets core AI professionals such as AI/machine learning engineers, researchers, and data scientists, connecting recruitment across a wide range of specialized fields, from LLM robot design to AI service planning. In particular, in conjunction with the 'One-Pick' matching service utilizing Job Korea's proprietary generative AI, 'LOOP Ai', it intuitively provides job seekers with information about hiring companies through 'AI Company Introductions'.
Additionally, it provides specialized reports (such as AI tool usage status, trends in job postings and applicants, and competition rate analysis) that allow users to understand the trends in the AI recruitment market, helping job seekers strategize their career paths.
Kim Ju-hye, the service lead for Job Korea's AI Jobs, mentioned that AI-related job postings have quadrupled since the launch of ChatGPT, emphasizing that recruiting AI professionals has become an essential task transcending industry boundaries. As an HR tech platform based on AI and data, Job Korea plans to lead the rapidly changing recruitment market trends and strengthen its role in connecting job seekers and companies.
This service is accessible via Job Korea's mobile app and PC website, and by expanding its existing lineup of specialized vertical platforms such as 'Hi-Tech', it is further solidifying its position as a comprehensive career platform.
