JEP Inks 'JEP Quiz Pro Plan' Supply Deal with Busan Education Research & Information Institute

Students in the Busan area are now set to experience more exciting and immersive learning with 'ZEP'. ZEP, a metaverse-based edutech platform, has partnered with the Busan Education Research & Information Institute and signed a contract to provide its innovative 'ZEP Quiz Pro Plan' to 100 schools within Busan. This contract is a tangible outcome of the MOU signed by both parties last June, and represents a significant step towards realizing the blueprint for future education utilizing metaverse technology. At its core is the 'ZEP Quiz Pro Plan'. AI (Artificial Intelligence) automatically generates questions, allowing students to enjoy solving quizzes like a game in diverse themed quiz maps, thereby multiplying the fun of learning. It meticulously tracks the progress of individual students, enabling personalized learning effects. This gamification approach, which encourages active participation instead of tedious memorization, is excellent for boosting students' learning interest and engagement. Kim Sang-yeop, CEO of ZEP, emphasized that this agreement officially acknowledges the limitless potential of metaverse-based edutech in Korea's public education. He stated his ambition to continuously develop and supply services optimized for the domestic educational environment, thereby leading digital education innovation. Meanwhile, ZEP is rapidly growing beyond the domestic market into the global arena. Since February, it has expanded into Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia and Thailand, leaping forward to become a global edutech company. Notably, after its official launch in Thailand in March, its beta service alone surpassed 1 million cumulative plays, proving explosive local interest.
