The popular YouTube program 'Startup Morning Coffee,' hosted by CEO Jeon Hwa-sung, opens a vibrant morning for the startup ecosystem every day at 8:40 AM through the 'Jeon Hwa-sung's CNTV' channel. This live broadcast deeply introduces the core competencies and market potential of various startups and has firmly established itself as an information platform that provides viewers with useful information and a venue for interactive exchange through real-time comment communication. One of the startups recently highlighted on this program is 'CareerNote.' CareerNote is a company that provides innovative job search solutions for job seekers, especially helping with customized job preparation through its 'Company-Specific Specialized Portfolio AI.' To address the difficulties faced by job seekers who, on average, need to produce 30 cover letters and 1.2 portfolios every six months, CareerNote combines LLM (Large Language Model) and corporate data RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies to provide a service that automatically generates customized portfolios precisely matching the needs of each company. Currently, CareerNote is successfully carrying out CNTTech's Youth Startup Academy support project and is accelerating the advancement of its services. CareerNote's core strength lies in its ability to automatically extract and reconfigure all necessary elements for job preparation simply by uploading an existing resume or cover letter. It systematically analyzes basic profiles, work experience, education, as well as activity descriptions, job-based competencies, and even self-introductions and slogans, to complete a portfolio optimized for each company. This is an innovative service that simultaneously offers 'convenience,' significantly reducing time and effort for job seekers, and 'customized talent information,' enabling companies to quickly identify desired candidates. CEO Jeon Hwa-sung did not hold back in offering a positive assessment of CareerNote's performance. He mentioned that despite being an early-stage startup, it has shown remarkable growth, achieving approximately 100 million won in sales last year and being selected as the 'Best Team in the First-Time Youth Startup Support Project.' He added that these initial achievements demonstrate CareerNote's market potential, technological capability, and execution ability, and future growth is also anticipated. CareerNote is expected to resolve inefficiencies in the job market and positively impact both individuals and companies.
