A venue for collaboration for the dynamic growth of Jeju's regional innovation ecosystem, ‘JDC Route330 Networking Day ’ was successfully held on July 3rd at the Semiyang Building in Jeju Science Park. This event, hosted by the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC), aimed to maximize synergy between local companies and organizations and focused on building strong solidarity within the startup ecosystem. Approximately 60 key stakeholders attended the event, including about 30 resident companies of Route330, JDC, KAIST's Eco-friendly Smart Mobility Research Center, Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial Government, Jeju Provincial Police Agency, Congressman Kim Han-gyu's office, and Korea Technology Finance Corporation, engaging in enthusiastic communication. With 'Talk' as its core theme, focused on helping participants discover practical collaboration opportunities and explore various support measures. The program began with an introduction to each organization's startup support programs, followed by an industrial technology protection guide training aimed at strengthening companies' technology protection capabilities. Subsequently, resident companies introduced themselves and exchanged ideas, envisioning mutually beneficial cooperation models. Notably, this event enhanced participant satisfaction through customized business consultations. Through business consultations with JDC and the Jeju Provincial Government, business expansion strategies were discussed in depth, while KAIST and Korea Technology Finance Corporation provided 1:1 customized consulting for technology advancement and financial support, offering substantial assistance necessary for corporate growth. A JDC official commented, " was a highly significant occasion for solidifying close cooperation systems between organizations and companies, and for laying the foundation for the growth of businesses that will drive regional economic development." They added, "We plan to continue providing full support for the sustained growth and development of local companies by actively organizing regular communication programs, investment attraction IR events, and performance sharing sessions," emphasizing their commitment to full support and thereby expressing a strong commitment to the development of Jeju's regional innovation ecosystem.
