Jamjam Therapeutics, an AI-based child rehabilitation solution company, is accelerating its foray into the global market and has achieved successive remarkable accomplishments. Following its recent victory at the 'AWE (Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs)' pitching competition, and participating in the 'SelectUSA Investment Summit' after receiving an official invitation from the U.S. Department of Commerce, it has firmly established a bridgehead for its global market entry.
AWE is a prestigious competition that showcases the technological capabilities and business models of promising women-led startups worldwide and seeks global expansion opportunities. Jamjam Therapeutics was recognized for its outstanding technology, market potential, and robust team capabilities, earning the honor of overall victory, and received a special opportunity to participate in SelectUSA from the U.S. Department of Commerce, along with a grant of $5,000.
Jamjam400, Jamjam Therapeutics' core solution, is an AI-based rehabilitation program for children with cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorder. This solution precisely analyzes hand movements using only a tablet or smartphone, without the need for separate expensive equipment, providing personalized rehabilitation exercises that enable continuous treatment even at home. In particular, it maximizes therapeutic effects by stimulating brain plasticity and has proven its efficacy through joint research with institutions such as Asan Medical Center and Catholic University. A significant strength of Jamjam400 is its ability to provide up to 380 training sessions for the cost of a single in-person therapy session, potentially reducing rehabilitation costs by up to 22 times.
At the SelectUSA Investment Summit held in Washington D.C., Jamjam Therapeutics explored practical partnership opportunities for entering the U.S. market through in-depth exchanges with major investors, global corporate representatives, and state government officials within the U.S. Furthermore, participation in the 'Women in Tech' mentoring and networking sessions held during the event served as an opportunity to broaden possibilities for collaboration with women tech leaders from around the world.
In addition to these achievements, Jamjam Therapeutics continues its active business expansion. It is developing games for autism treatment in collaboration with The Pinkfong Company and is also providing offline rehabilitation services through the 'Jamjam Child Development Center' opened in Pangyo. Furthermore, through its participation in the recent CES 2025 and UKF 82 Startup Summit, it is expanding its network with major U.S. medical institutions and solidifying its foundation for global growth.
Kim Jung-eun, CEO of Jamjam Therapeutics, stated, "Our victory at AWE and participation in SelectUSA underscore that our technology and business model have been firmly recognized in the global market." She added, "We will further strengthen our leading position in the global child rehabilitation market by officially entering the U.S. market and expanding strategic partnerships."
