I'm U, a leading POS and kiosk specialized company, announced an innovative integration with Naver Smart Place (Place+), foreshadowing a groundbreaking change in how self-employed individuals manage their stores. Now, I'm U's cutting-edge POS, kiosk, and table order systems will be fully integrated with Naver Place, elevating the efficiency of store operations and customer experience to a new level.
As a result, stores that have adopted the I'm U system will be able to automatically reflect offline payment data on Naver Place in real-time, without tedious manual work. Key operational indicators such as popular menus, average payment amounts, and congestion levels by day and time slot will be vividly displayed on Naver Place, which will in turn enable the establishment of data-driven, efficient store operation strategies.
Potential customers using Naver Maps or search can now, before visiting a store, identify not only the main menu and estimated spending amount, but also quiet or busy times, allowing them to create smarter visit plans. This will increase customer satisfaction while simultaneously boosting the store's visit rate.
Review management, which affects not only customer experience but also store reputation, has also evolved further. Stores will issue 'QR receipts' to customers, who, with a single scan, can immediately leave a review without launching a separate app or searching. Furthermore, store owners can check all reviews and ratings at a glance within the I'm U POS system and carry out integrated management, such as immediately writing replies, making customer communication and reputation management much easier.
I'm U, which began development last September, is building anticipation by announcing even more powerful additional updates for the upcoming first half of next year. Subsequently, automatic menu and price synchronization, and integrated reservation and order management features will be applied sequentially. This means that if menu information is modified in the POS, it will be immediately reflected on Naver, and reservation and order details made through Naver can also be directly checked and processed in the POS.
