HR SaaS Flex Named to Forbes Asia's Top 100 Companies
Flex, a leading AI-based HR SaaS company, has proudly been named to Forbes, a global economic magazine's 'Forbes Asia 100 to Watch in 2025' list. Notably, Flex was the only HR sector company selected for this list, proving its innovation. Among South Korean companies, a total of 8, including Flex, garnered attention on the global stage. Forbes highly praised Flex's capability to assist companies with strategic decision-making using data-driven AI technology. According to reports, Flex is showcasing its AI technological prowess by developing HR software equipped with AI agents that perform tasks such as suggesting promotion candidates and designing compensation structures. Flex operates an all-in-one HR platform that has accumulated data throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement, based on SSoT (Single Source of Truth). By integrating AI with this vast amount of data, the company is expanding its business scope to provide insights and decision-making support services that go beyond simple task automation. Last June, Flex secured investment from global venture capital firm Hanriver Partners, receiving a valuation of 500 billion won. Jang Hae-nam, CEO of Flex, stated, "This is a remarkable achievement that recognizes our vision as a business partner supporting corporate growth with data-driven AI technology." He also expressed his ambition to pioneer the AI SaaS market by leveraging organizational and employee data, going beyond the limitations of specific domains such as HR and finance.
