Heydealer, which brought innovation to the used car trading market, is now expanding its reach beyond online to offline. By opening 'heydealer offline,' the brand's first offline showroom, at Shinsegae Yeoju Premium Outlets, it plans to offer customers a unique automotive experience.
This showroom, approximately 120 pyeong (about 396 square meters) in size, which will operate until December 31st, goes beyond simply buying and selling cars, providing customers with an opportunity to 'experience' and 'explore' automobiles. It is filled with diverse experiential content designed to captivate visitors.
One of the most eye-catching spaces is the 'Zero Zone'. Fully utilizing the locational advantage of being an outlet, customers at this spot, located in front of the WEST parking tower, can entrust their car to Heydealer's professional vehicle appraisers for a free detailed inspection while enjoying their shopping. It was conceived as a smart service that addresses both shopping and car maintenance simultaneously.
In the 'Emotional Driving Experience Zone', over 1.1 million real vehicle reviews accumulated in the Heydealer app, in other words, 'stories from people who have driven them,' have been implemented as a virtual reality simulator. This provides a special experience, allowing visitors to indirectly yet vividly feel the driving sensation of cars they are interested in.
Furthermore, in the 'Exhibition Zone', rare vehicles that are not easily encountered normally catch the eye. From a 1980 Porsche 911SC Targa to the Tesla electric pickup 'Cybertruck,' which has not yet been officially released in Korea, visitors can directly explore the limitless options of the used car market in one place and enjoy a unique experience.
A Heydealer official stated, "This showroom was planned so that customers can directly experience the futuristic and pleasant used car transaction innovation they enjoyed online, even in an offline space," and added, "We hope that customers who drive out of the city to the outlet will fully enjoy the new car culture that Heydealer offers."
