Global hospitality tech company H2O Hospitality has signed a digital transformation (DX) contract with 'Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel', a luxury hotel located in the heart of Dubai, to supply its smart check-in solution. This is considered a significant achievement in H2O's global business expansion. Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel is part of the Westminster Holidays Group, which operates 16 hotels worldwide. It is connected to Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination, and boasts a prime location in Downtown Dubai, adjacent to the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa from their rooms. The smart check-in solution provided by H2O revolutionizes the guest experience. Guests can easily complete check-in information registration and membership sign-up on their smartphones before arriving at the hotel, without needing to install a separate application. This significantly enhances the convenience of their stay, as they can proceed directly to their room with a pre-prepared room key, without waiting at the front desk. For hotels, the benefits are clear. It can reduce front desk congestion, increasing operational efficiency, and offer various upselling features such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, and package promotions during the smart check-in process, thereby increasing additional revenue. This directly contributes to strengthening the hotel's profitability.
