## Freewillin's 'FulliSchool' Selected as Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education AI Education Service... Leading Innovation in Public Education Mathematics
Edutech startup Freewillin's innovative AI-based personalized math learning service, 'FulliSchool,' has been finally selected as a '2025 Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Artificial Intelligence (AI) Education Service,' drawing attention as a key driver that will lead the digital transformation in public education. With this selection, FulliSchool is expected to be officially utilized in elementary, middle, and high schools across Seoul until February 2026.
The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education carefully selected 8 types of subject-specific edutech solutions to increase the utilization of AI-based learning solutions and activate AI application in public education. Notably, FulliSchool achieved the remarkable feat of being the only service to be finally selected in the 'AI-based Math Courseware' category for mathematics, surpassing numerous competing services. This is the result of being evaluated as excellent in educational effectiveness and practical applicability through pilot operations in which teachers directly participated, signifying official recognition of its technological prowess and educational value.
FulliSchool supports AI-based individualized personalized learning, allowing students of diverse levels within elementary, middle, and high school classrooms to learn at their own pace and in their own way. It provides learning materials optimized for each student's level by linking over 820,000 self-developed extensive content with 1,800 commercial textbooks and workbooks. By applying a personalized UI that both teachers and students can use conveniently, it maximizes the efficiency of learning guidance and self-directed learning. It is meticulously designed to reflect the latest web accessibility guidelines, ensuring all students can learn smoothly.
Additionally, FulliSchool offers a variety of functions for AI-based learning optimization. It not only creates customized worksheets by school and student but also fills learning gaps by generating supplementary worksheets reflecting real-time learning data. Systematic learning progress management using a study planner and in-depth analysis of each student's strengths and weaknesses help students follow their optimized learning path and maximize learning effectiveness. Teachers can also provide more efficient customized guidance to individual students, contributing to a further enhancement of educational quality.
In practice, a group of leading teachers consisting of Seoul elementary school teachers conducted classes in various ways during the pilot operation period using FulliSchool, including generating customized problem sets, reviewing concepts and units, daily tests, and level-based learning camps. Notably, as AI precisely analyzed each student's strengths and weaknesses to provide customized worksheets, teachers developed individual learning plans based on this, achieving positive learning effects in actual classes. Some teachers showcased active utilization cases, such as using the AI learning assistant 'Fullingi' to foster students' self-problem-solving abilities and combining review activities with customized worksheets by setting individual learning goals. These practical application cases and educational achievements will be detailed in the '2025 Artificial Intelligence Education Service Utilization Teaching Material Collection' by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Education Research & Information Institute.
Furthermore, in September 2025, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education plans to connect this AI education service with an 'AI-based Personalized Teaching and Learning Platform' to create a more sophisticated and integrated AI-based personalized learning environment in public education. This suggests that innovative services like FulliSchool will deeply integrate into the public education system and lead future education.
Gwon Gi-seong, CEO of Freewillin, stated, "FulliSchool's selection as an AI education service by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education is a very meaningful outcome, as it recognizes the technological prowess and educational value of our AI-based personalized learning system in public education. Building on this selection, we will actively drive digital innovation in the public education math market through FulliSchool, our self-directed AI learning courseware, along with 'Schoolflat,' our teacher-tailored service."
Meanwhile, Freewillin's other educational solution, Schoolflat, has already proven its effectiveness, being utilized in a total of 2,544 elementary, middle, and high schools in 2024, including digital leading schools under 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide. Based on its high reliability in the educational field, including being selected as a Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education platform project, the number of students who studied through Schoolflat during 2024 reached 600,000, once again confirming Freewillin's capability to lead the digital transformation in public education.
