Furthermore, it allows for flexible management of actions like deadline adjustments or evaluator changes based on members' absence (e.g., vacation), maximizing operational efficiency. Flex fully supports various corporate performance management systems, including OKR, MBO, and competency evaluations, and organically links the entire process from 'goals-one-on-one-evaluation'. Set goals are automatically linked to evaluation items, and both goals and evaluation content are utilized as rich feedback material during one-on-one meetings, enhancing the quality of communication. Flex's vision does not stop here. Based on the vast performance management data that will be accumulated, the plan is to further advance the role of AI. Strategies are being devised to actively utilize AI in strategic human resource operations, including comparative analysis of individual members' growth journeys and compensation levels, personalized growth track recommendations, key talent management, and promotion candidate recommendations.
