Workers High, which operates the spatial retail platform FLAGSHOP, surpassed 1 billion won in monthly revenue in the first half of 2025, proving its explosive growth. This is a 3.5-fold increase compared to the same month last year, and is analyzed to be due to the sophisticated retail platform strategy adopted after its rebranding. Workers High recorded annual revenues of 2.4 billion won in 2023 and 3.5 billion won in 2024, continuing double-digit or higher growth each year, and this year, achieving over 10 billion won in annual revenue is certain. This leap is thanks to strategic curation focused on popular dessert items and premium snacks, as well as the stable expansion of its office welfare business. In particular, leading domestic conglomerates such as Samsung, Hyundai Motor, SK, and CJ largely joined as new clients, further boosting growth. The number of operating locations also dramatically expanded by approximately 10 times, from around 200 to over 2,000, in just one year. Taking the acquisition of a vending machine business as an opportunity, the service area has been expanded beyond existing offices and hotels to a wider variety of commercial spaces such as department stores and schools. In addition to spatial retail, Workers High is also developing 'FLAGMEDIA', a brand marketing business, and is actively exploring entry into overseas markets, using its participation in the Japanese startup exhibition 'SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025' last May as a stepping stone. Kim Choong-hee, CEO of Workers High, emphasized that "surpassing 1 billion won in monthly revenue holds significance beyond a mere number," and revealed the vision "to expand FLAGSHOP into all spaces of consumers' daily lives, beyond achieving 10 billion won in annual revenue, and build a new retail hub where the space itself naturally connects brands and customers."
