Finder's AI Selected for Japan's HFX Global Accelerator

AI store automation company Finders AI has proven the prowess of K-tech by being finally selected for the prestigious global acceleration program 'Hokkaido F Village X (HFX)', held in Hokkaido, Japan. Finders AI, which secured its place among only 11 companies after fierce competition of approximately 28:1 among 310 companies from 29 countries worldwide, was recognized for the innovative technology and excellent business potential of its AI automatic checkout counter 'Vision Check-Out (VCO)'. HFX, organized by Scrum Ventures and Scrum Studio, aims to solve social problems in the Hokkaido region, which is experiencing a severe labor shortage due to an aging population and population decline. In particular, Hokkaido is experiencing demographic changes 10 years faster than the Japanese average, making the introduction of unmanned and efficiency-enhancing solutions urgently needed. Finders AI's core solution, VCO, is an image recognition-based AI automatic checkout system that significantly simplifies the checkout process, maximizes store operational efficiency, and contributes to solving labor shortages. Having already gained successful pilot implementation experience in Korea, the company plans to officially enter the Japanese market from 2025, leading the digital transformation of the retail industry.
