FastFive Signs Integrated Commissioned Management Contract for Magok LE WEST CITY Office Lounge Design, Construction, and Operation Korean office brand FastFive has signed a commissioned management contract with Magok MICE AMC to provide integrated design, construction, and operation for the 'Magok LE WEST CITY' office lounge space. This approximately 200-pyeong space within the Magok MICE complex is planned to be developed into a tenants-only cafe lounge and meeting rooms. This contract was pursued as part of Magok MICE AMC's operational shift to enhance tenant satisfaction and space utilization. FastFive was selected as a partner through competitive bidding and received high praise, particularly for proposing an integrated solution that maximizes space configuration and operational efficiency within appropriate costs, based on its operating know-how from 56 branches nationwide. Through this commissioned management contract, FastFive has demonstrated its capability to operate community spaces within complex facilities, extending beyond shared offices. This is analyzed as a significant case where FastFive's expertise has led to market demand, amidst the growing importance of community spaces in the office environment. Leveraging this contract, the company plans to expand its community lounge and meeting room renovation and commissioned management businesses in major business districts such as Samseong-dong and Teheran-ro. In the future, it will expand its business scope as an office platform that provides integrated design, construction, and operation solutions specialized for community spaces, focusing on complex developments with a total floor area of 10,000 pyeong or more. FastFive, which achieved its first annual profit since its establishment last year, is evolving into a platform that encompasses the entire work environment, including building solutions, corporate office construction, community lounges, and office interiors, by making commissioned management its core growth engine.
