The core of this collaboration lies in establishing an 'automatic linking system for order data and digital warranties'. Now, all order information generated through Sellmate or Sellmate POS (Point of Sale) is automatically connected to the Buckle solution, and a system has been implemented where a KakaoTalk-based digital warranty is immediately sent to the purchasing customer right after the product purchase.
Through this, brands can easily secure key data of their purchasing customers without separate development processes or human resource investment. This is a groundbreaking method that perfectly complements the structural limitations previously faced by brands operating on existing e-commerce platforms in directly acquiring customer information and communicating with them, through technical integration.
Buckle supports the active utilization of acquired customer data for practical CRM marketing, beyond mere product authentication.
