Elice Group Named 16th Global Edutech by TIME

Elicegroup, a domestic AI education solution company, has achieved the remarkable feat of ranking 16th in 'The World's Best EdTech Companies 2025,' selected by the American magazine TIME and global market research firm Statista. This is the highest ranking among Korean companies and their best performance to date. This evaluation was conducted targeting over 7,000 EdTech companies worldwide, comprehensively assessing their financial capabilities and industry influence. Among the 350 selected companies, Elicegroup received the highest score for a Korean company, 92.2 points. Elicegroup is leading AI education through 'Elice LXP,' which provides a virtual customized practice environment for learners, and 'Elice Cloud,' a high-performance infrastructure specialized for AI education. It is currently being utilized by over 7,100 domestic and international institutions, with cumulative users exceeding 2.69 million. Notably, since last year, they have been continuously introducing differentiated AI solutions, such as educational AI chatbots and visual question-answering (VQA) models trained on Korean data, thereby strengthening their technological competitiveness. Based on this technology, domestically, they are rapidly expanding into the public education sector, beyond corporations and universities, participating in nationwide teacher training and AI digital textbook development projects. Internationally, they plan to expand their business to Japan and the United States this year, going beyond the Asia-Pacific region, with Singapore as a key hub. CEO Kim Jae-won stated that, building on this achievement, they will disseminate the innovation of cloud-based virtual practice environments to AI education sites worldwide.
