DSC Investment's Subsidiary 'Ttokttok' Launches AI SaaS Connecting VCs, LPs, and Startups

Toktok, a leading AI-based SaaS company, is announcing a smart transformation of the domestic investment ecosystem and will hold its product showcase at Parnas Tower in Samseong-dong, Seoul, from April 2nd to 4th. Launched as a subsidiary of DSC Investment, Toktok introduces a B2B SaaS ERP (resource management solution) for venture capitalists (VCs), startups, and limited partners (LPs). Born from the culmination of unique investment asset management know-how accumulated over 14 years by its parent company, DSC Investment, which boasts over 1 trillion won in assets under management, and accelerator Schmitt, Toktok is garnering attention as an innovative solution poised to quench the market's long-standing thirst. Toktok's core services are threefold. 'VCworks', which encompasses all operations of VCs and asset management companies, is an ERP system that efficiently manages everything from funds, investment assets, HR, and accounting. 'STworks' for startups provides various functions necessary for early-stage company growth, from shareholder communication, while 'LPworks' supports fund management for private limited partners. These solutions, through mutual data linkage, maximize the operational efficiency of each entity in the investment ecosystem and minimize repetitive manual tasks, thereby creating an environment where they can focus on the essence of investment review and decision-making. Up until now, in the domestic startup industry, the need for an integrated system connecting investors-LPs-startups and reliable statistical data has been consistently raised. Globally, BlackRock is leading the related market by acquiring eFront and Preqin, but domestically, there has been a complete absence of ERP solutions capable of integrated data management. Toktok is set to fill this gap in the domestic market and lead the digital transformation. At this showcase, key features of the Toktok solution will be fully unveiled. These include the 'One-stop Investment and Exit Process' encompassing the entire cycle from investment to post-management and exit, the 'All-in-One Sales Reporting System' that automatically collects corporate reports and updates data, and the 'Decision-making Fast Track' which digitalizes decision-making with portfolio companies. In addition, features such as digitalization of investment review history, free inquiry of LP commitment details, and flexible data processing capabilities will also be demonstrated. Particularly, advanced features specialized for VC operations such as investment information search via 'ChatVC', mobile data inquiry, automatic journal entries, multi-ledger support, valuation, and IRR calculation are expected to capture the attendees' attention. The showcase will be held daily from April 2nd to 4th at 2 PM in the Grand Conference Room of the PB Center on the 6th floor of Parnas Tower.
