## Amid Exploding Investment in Data Utilization, OpenSurvey's 'Dataspace' Achieves Remarkable Growth in 2024 In an era of upheaval where companies' investments in data utilization are expanding unprecedentedly, OpenSurvey, which operates the research and experience analysis platform 'Dataspace,' is attracting industry attention by recording dazzling growth throughout 2024. This clearly demonstrates the extent to which companies are actively investing in strengthening their customer data analysis and utilization capabilities. Dataspace announced that it achieved remarkable growth of **97.9%** year-over-year, especially based on **Average Contract Value (ACV)**. According to an OpenSurvey official, as of the end of 2024, Dataspace's **total ACV surged by nearly double year-over-year**. A notable point is the fact that **the average ACV of new customers was more than 125% higher than the overall average**. This indicates that new customers are seeking broader and deeper data utilization through Dataspace. An OpenSurvey official explained, "This is a clear indicator that companies are increasingly strong in their tendency to derive deep insights through data analysis and strategically utilize them." Furthermore, **the average ACV of existing customers also grew by 25.6% year-over-year**, proving that companies already using Dataspace are steadily increasing their investment in data utilization. In terms of customer distribution by industry, **consumer goods manufacturing accounted for the largest share at approximately 25%**, followed by **IT/software/telecommunications, and retail/hospitality**. This distribution suggests that **the movement to internalize data utilization tasks**, which companies previously relied on external organizations for, is accelerating through their own capabilities. This can be interpreted as part of a strategic shift by companies to respond more agilely to market changes and strengthen their own competitiveness. Hwang Hee-young, CEO of OpenSurvey, emphasized, "Dataspace's explosive growth in 2024 is evidence that companies now perceive investment in strengthening data utilization capabilities and optimizing customer experience not as an option but as a necessity, and are actively expanding it." CEO Hwang added, "As companies' data utilization needs become increasingly sophisticated and complex, this year we will focus on **building a more intuitive yet advanced platform based on AI technology** to secure continuous market leadership." Dataspace is expected to further solidify its role as a key partner in assisting companies with data-driven decision-making in the future.
