AI tech company CrowdWorks was recognized for its contribution to the development of the domestic AI industry by receiving the Information and Communication Technology Promotion Agency (NIPA) President's Award in the Technology (Cross-industry) sector at the '2025 Korea AI Industry Awards' held at COEX on the 12th. At this prestigious awards ceremony, now in its 5th year, CrowdWorks was highly praised for developing 'Alpy,' an agentic AI development and operation management solution, and for successfully providing reliable AI services to various industries through it. At the awards ceremony, Kim Woo-seung, CEO of CrowdWorks, and Kim Deuk-jung, Vice President of the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, shared the joy of the award by taking a commemorative photo together. CrowdWorks has, until now, played a pivotal role across the entire AI ecosystem, from building high-quality data to developing AI models, and evaluating reliability and safety, based on its industry-leading AI data expertise. In particular, 'Alpy,' the agentic AI solution that was the main contributor to the award, is gaining attention as a comprehensive solution that supports the entire lifecycle of AI adoption, including customized agentic AI development for enterprises, operational optimization, and evaluation and verification. Alpy consists of a total of six core solutions, including 'Knowledge Compiler,' 'Agent Studio,' 'Admin,' and 'Evaluation.' In particular, 'Knowledge Compiler' transforms various unstructured documents such as PDFs, HWP files, and PPTs into data that AI can accurately understand through advanced technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), parsing, and chunking. By developing and applying a document complexity analysis matrix for the first time in the industry, it significantly reduces the possibility of errors during the preprocessing of large volumes of documents, amounting to hundreds of thousands of pages, and enables efficient management of resources such as schedules and costs. Kim Woo-seung, CEO of CrowdWorks, stated, "It is very meaningful to be recognized for our efforts to provide reliable AI technology to enterprises." He added, "Going forward, we will continuously advance our agentic AI solution, Alpy, and based on CrowdWorks' unique strengths, we will play a leading role in elevating the level of AI utilization across domestic and international industries."
