Fintech and blockchain-based deep tech startup Crosshub has been finally selected for the 'Trust My Tech' global corporate collaboration program, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, laying a significant foundation for its entry into the global market. This program is a government-led initiative that supports domestic startups in verifying their technological capabilities, pursuing joint commercialization, and expanding into overseas markets through collaboration with global tech giants. Crosshub, in particular, was recognized for its unique technological prowess in the 'security and authentication' sector and was ultimately chosen as a collaboration partner with Thales, a global security company based in France. Moving forward, Crosshub plans to pursue joint technology development and service proof-of-concept (PoC) with Thales, targeting the global fintech market. Crosshub's core service, 'IDBlock,' provides a '4th-generation hybrid identity verification' method that advances the existing concept of Distributed Identity Authentication (DID) by a step. This technology maximizes personal information protection while implementing a fast and secure authentication environment, and is a next-generation authentication solution with global compatibility, capable of linking with apps from various countries. Through IDBlock, users can securely access services and make payments in multiple countries with just a single authentication. 'B·Pay,' linked with IDBlock, directly connects to local simple payment systems in each country, offering overseas consumers an immediate and intuitive payment experience without going through the complex, card company-centric payment networks. Based on these innovative technological capabilities, Crosshub is committed to building an 'integrated identity verification-payment ecosystem' for 1.4 billion global travelers. Crosshub has already consistently expanded its global capabilities by being selected for and participating in numerous domestic and international programs, including the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's 'Little Penguin' selection (1 billion KRW guarantee support), the World Korean Business Convention in Busan (Atlanta, USA), Kazakhstan K-Wave Fest, Tokyo Startup Japan 2025, Osaka Expo Tourism Venture Showcase, Singapore AsiaTech CommunicAsia, France VIVATECHNOLOGY linked with Korea-Japan Open Innovation, and the fintech-specialized overseas expansion program 'Nexus Luxembourg 2025'. Currently, the establishment of a local subsidiary in Singapore is also actively underway. A Crosshub official stated, "Being selected for this program, where the government and global corporations jointly evaluate technology and provide collaboration opportunities, is very significant," adding, "We aspire to set new standards across the fintech and tourism industries through future collaborations with global partners."
