KREAM is pursuing a differentiation strategy that goes beyond simple ticket sales. For 'Waterbomb 2024,' it sold tickets and official merchandise together, and introduced a tarpaulin bag, a KREAM-exclusive planned product, which drew an enthusiastic response from consumers.
