Collaboration Tool Jandi Partners with Japanese Listed Company for AI Transformation

Tosslab, which services the collaboration tool JANDI, has joined hands with its Japanese partner Vision Inc. to formally strengthen cooperation for the expansion of JANDI AI in the Japanese market. Vision, a global company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and providing communication services to over 200 countries worldwide, has already proven JANDI's effectiveness, with over 2,000 employees using it for work. Vision has contributed to improving the Japanese user experience by providing localization feedback, such as Japanese language support and JPY payment for JANDI, and as a result, achieved the remarkable feat of a 20% growth in JANDI sales year-over-year as of the end of 2024. In particular, Vision is leading digital transformation through the proactive internal adoption of JANDI AI. In addition to resolving issues related to internal systems and sharing company-wide information, it is actively expanding the scope of AI utilization into various business areas, such as summarizing customer service history, automatic classification, and decision-making support, realizing tangible results.
