CodeTree Launches 'EduTree', an Integrated Coding Learning Platform
Branch & Bound, which operates Code Tree, has officially unveiled 'Edutree', an innovative integrated management system poised to open new horizons in coding education. Optimized for coding education operations in educational institutions, this learning management system (LMS) helps instructors easily design sophisticated curricula tailored to class objectives and learner levels, and track and manage students' learning progress in real-time. In particular, Edutree promises unwavering educational quality even in large class environments. Through 'AI Spotlight', an AI-based exclusive problem recommendation feature, and a fast and accurate automated grading system, it provides personalized learning experiences to numerous students while maintaining consistent educational quality. Branch & Bound emphasizes that thanks to these innovative features, instructors' class preparation and management time can be dramatically reduced by up to 80%. Automated grading and detailed learning reports allow for a clear understanding of each student's achievement, enabling timely provision of personalized feedback. Educational institutions adopting Edutree can enjoy even richer benefits. It provides a 'Code Tree Site License', a powerful web-based coding learning platform, as a basic offering, and by utilizing 'COEIC', an adaptive coding competency assessment exam where problem difficulty automatically adjusts to the examinee's skill level, objective measurement of coding proficiency becomes possible. Edutree has already proven its value in educational settings. It is actively used in leading universities in Korea such as Hanyang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and Sungkyunkwan University, as well as in several high schools. Some universities are creating successful adoption cases by operating introductory programming courses for all first-year freshmen and recognizing the completion of Code Tree problem sets as 1 credit. Currently, Code Tree has strong contractual relationships with over 30 universities nationwide, and a high re-contract rate of nearly 90% attests to Edutree's excellent satisfaction. Building on this success, Branch & Bound plans to expand its reach beyond university-centric services to public elementary, middle, and high schools and private educational institutions. A Code Tree official stated, "Edutree provides overwhelming efficiency and cost-saving benefits to instructors, an optimized learning experience for students, and is firmly demonstrating its potential as a new standard platform for coding education."
