The kitchen cleaning service launched by 'Cheongso Research Lab', the home cleaning service platform of Saenghwal Research Lab, has achieved remarkable results within six months of its launch, receiving enthusiastic responses from consumers.
Since its launch last January, the number of reservations has surged by a whopping 300%, quickly establishing itself as a core service that relieves the burden of kitchen management, which is particularly demanding among household chores.
Cheongso Research Lab's kitchen cleaning service is responsible for the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the entire kitchen for a basic two hours, including dining table organization and dishwashing, grease removal from gas stoves and induction cooktops, sink bowl and drain filter cleaning, and general/food waste disposal. A distinctive feature is the option to select 'hood cleaning' along with an additional time option, depending on the customer's needs. 40% of actual users requested additional options, and among them, 80% chose hood cleaning, indicating a very high demand for kitchen hood cleanliness.
Currently, kitchen cleaning accounts for approximately 10% of all home cleaning service reservations at Cheongso Research Lab and continues to show steady growth alongside refrigerator cleaning. Notably, one customer demonstrated service satisfaction by recording an astonishing repeat usage rate of 30 times since the service launch. Furthermore, 45% of applicants' residential areas were in the 24-34 pyeong range, making it the most common, indicating a tendency for demand to be concentrated among households in mid-sized residences.
Yeon Hyun-joo, CEO of Saenghwal Research Lab, stated, "Since the service opened, it has been growing steadily every month, and reservations are particularly concentrated during the summer when concerns about food poisoning lead to increased interest in kitchen hygiene." She added, "We will continue to provide differentiated cleaning services tailored to customer demand, contributing to enhancing customers' daily satisfaction," thereby expressing her commitment to expanding the service.
Meanwhile, Cheongso Research Lab's home cleaning service is a nationwide service where professionally trained managers visit to provide dishwashing, bathroom cleaning, separate waste collection, and more. The proportion of customers using the regular model reaches 65%, and the repurchase rate also approaches 88%, boasting high customer satisfaction, thereby solidifying its position as a trusted home cleaning brand.
