Lee Chaerin, CEO of the innovative AI-based learning platform Classum, received the prestigious Presidential Commendation in recognition of her contributions to national information and communications development.
At the Science and ICT Day awards ceremony held on the 21st at the Korea Science & Technology Center, CEO Lee shared the joy of her award by taking a commemorative photo with Han Duck-soo, Acting Prime Minister. This commendation, organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT, is the highest-authority award given to individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the development of the information and communications industry. Government officials, including Minister of Science and ICT Yoo Sang-im, attended the ceremony to encourage the honorees.
Notably, CEO Lee has consistently been recognized for her leadership and innovativeness, with this Presidential Commendation following her selection as a Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 leader in 2021, receipt of the Ministry of Science and ICT Minister's Award in 2022, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education Commendation in 2023.
