Andar Achieves 61% Customer Consultation Resolution Rate After Introducing Channel Talk AI Agent 'ALF'
Fashion brand Andar announced on the 27th that it has successfully introduced Channel Corporation's AI agent 'ALF' to its official online store, raising the AI consultation resolution rate to 61% and leading customer service innovation. This is the result of Andar's efforts to build a swift and efficient response system for customer inquiries.
In May last year, Andar proactively introduced Channel Talk to its official online store to effectively handle simple and repetitive inquiries that surge during specific seasons and to respond agilely to customer requests. Subsequently, it further enhanced its consultation services by additionally applying the AI agent 'ALF' to provide more consistent and detailed information to customers.
In particular, Andar's CX team utilized Channel Talk's powerful 'Workflow' feature to subdivide the response system by consultation type. For frequently occurring customer inquiries such as delivery and exchange, ALF was set to answer directly, allowing customers to obtain necessary information without connecting to a human agent. Workflow is a flexible no-code consultation management tool that allows designing complex and delicate consultation scenarios without coding.
Through this strategic system implementation, as of January 2025, ALF recorded an astonishing achievement of completing consultations directly without agent connection, reaching a remarkable 61%. Andar will not stop here; it plans to further enhance the 'Command' feature, which directly provides customers with the actions needed for consultation processing, thereby expanding an autonomous consultation environment where customers can resolve inquiries more quickly.
