This overhaul, which actively incorporated user feedback accumulated over the past year and the latest market trends, focused on innovatively improving the complicated and inconvenient online car purchase process, seamlessly connecting every step from information exploration to consultation and payment. The most notable changes are 'accessibility' and 'personalized search.' User convenience has been greatly enhanced as all major features can now be accessed equally through web browsers, eliminating the hassle of app installation. Furthermore, the barrier to entry has been lowered, allowing non-members to instantly connect with Chabot's professional concierge managers for personalized consultations simply by submitting their name and phone number via 'Quick Consultation Request.' The vehicle search function has been further advanced with AI-powered curation. It provides personalized recommendation categories tailored to consumers' lifestyles, purchase purposes, and latest trends, such as 'Trending Vehicles,' 'Family Cars Convenient for Strollers,' 'First Cars Under 20 Million KRW (approx. $15,000 USD),' 'Electric Vehicles,' and 'Vehicles Optimized for Camping.' Now, consumers can quickly view vehicle information relevant to them with a single click of an interest keyword, exploring vehicles much more efficiently than before. Chabot's professional concierge managers simplify complex purchasing procedures by providing 1:1 close consultations on various purchasing methods, including installments, lump-sum payments, leasing, and renting, as well as vehicle quotes, financial products, insurance, and installation/customization services. Through the care of professional managers, customers can resolve concerns encountered throughout the entire purchase process and make optimal choices. In addition, a new 'bookmark feature' has been added, allowing users to save vehicles of interest, and improvements in the payment process's UI/UX have made card registration and payment flow more concise and intuitive.
