Buzzni Launches 'Knoi', AI Meeting Minutes with 13-Language Translation

Buzzni has officially launched 'Knoi,' an AI collaboration tool based on voice information, heralding innovation in meeting and work environments. Knoi is a service where, with the press of a single button to record a meeting, an AI automatically summarizes and organizes the content, focusing on maximizing team productivity beyond simple record-keeping. In this official version, the accuracy of meeting minute summarization has been dramatically improved. The AI goes beyond simple sentence summarization to deeply analyze speakers, context, conclusions, and actionable 'action items,' generating meeting minutes that can be directly applied to actual work. A distinctive feature is that it provides summaries in formats optimized for various situations, including not only meetings but also interviews, lectures, consultations, discussions, and religious services. Many new features to enhance collaboration efficiency have also been added. Through the 'channel sharing system,' users can create channels by team, project, or organization to easily share and systematically accumulate meeting minutes. Particularly, the translation feature, essential for global collaboration environments, supports both real-time translation and meeting summary translation, covering a total of 13 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Russian. Users can now translate English meetings into Korean in real-time or translate generated meeting minutes into their desired language, enabling communication without language barriers. Features for a personalized work environment are also noteworthy. The 'Create My Template' feature, which allows users to modify AI-summarized meeting minutes into custom templates, and the 'Ask a Question' feature, which allows users to directly ask the AI questions about the generated meeting minutes content and receive answers, both further enhance information utilization. The official version of Knoi has been released as Android and iOS apps, as well as a web version, making it conveniently accessible anytime, anywhere. However, some advanced features such as real-time translation and templates are currently only available on the web and will be sequentially updated in the apps.
