Bosalpim, which operates the senior career platform 'CarePartner', achieved a remarkable feat by being the sole private company to receive the 'Contribution to Senior Employment' Minister of Health and Welfare Commendation at the 2025 Senior Job Fair Week event, thereby gaining national recognition for its contributions to rediscovering the value of senior talent and leading their active participation in society.
This is evaluated as more than just an award; it is a shining result of Bosalpim's efforts to unleash the potential of senior talent in a rapidly changing era and offer them new beginnings. 'CarePartner' has played a pioneering role in helping seniors design new careers based on their experience and contribute to society. Notably, in 2024, it became the first online platform to participate in the Korea Senior Human Resources Development Institute's senior employment referral program, opening doors to new jobs for 1,000 seniors aged 60 and above in that year alone.
This momentum continued into 2025, supporting the re-employment of over 1,800 middle-aged and senior individuals to date, and is smoothly progressing towards an ambitious goal of connecting 2,500 people with jobs by the end of the year. With over 180,000 cumulative subscribers and a nationwide network of over 5,500 long-term care facilities, 'CarePartner' has proven itself to be a core infrastructure in South Korea's senior employment market. Through this extensive network, it provides nationwide job matching services, effectively connecting senior talent with demand-side organizations.
Bosalpim does not stop here; it presents a vision for the future. It plans to expand its connection services beyond the existing care worker profession to a wider range of roles, such as hospital escort managers, living support specialists, and security guards. Furthermore, it aims to discover customized job opportunities optimized for the individual experience and capabilities of seniors, from their 50s to over 70s, and develop professional job training programs. This initiative will support seniors in flexibly adapting to a changing society and engaging in sustainable economic activities.
Jang Han-sol, CEO of Bosalpim, stated, "I am delighted that our efforts to connect more high-quality jobs for seniors have resulted in us being the sole private company to receive a ministerial commendation." He further expressed his ambition: "We will grow CarePartner into a veritable hub for senior career platforms where seniors can design new careers based on their experience and obtain necessary information and education." Until the day when the boundless potential of the senior generation becomes a new growth engine for society, Bosalpim's 'CarePartner' will continue its endless challenges and innovations.
