Bespin Global Secures Profitability with 9 Years of Continuous Growth

Bespin Global, a leading provider of cloud and AI managed services, has finally, in 2024, successfully made its much-anticipated turn to profitability, after achieving double-digit growth for nine consecutive years since its founding, thereby attracting significant attention from the industry. Based on consolidated financial statements, revenue recorded 463.7 billion won, a 14% increase year-over-year. Notably, both operating profit of 179.89 million won and net profit for the period turned profitable, demonstrating robust profitability. This is analyzed as the result of Bespin Global's core strategy of expanding its AI managed services business bearing substantial fruit. The Korean entity also joined the ranks of profitable operations, achieving revenue of 367.6 billion won and operating profit of 3.44672 billion won on an individual basis. In particular, the US entity recorded revenue of 93 billion won, a remarkable 62% growth year-over-year, playing a crucial role in driving overall performance. This achievement comes after consistently building trust since its entry into North America in 2021, leading to results approaching 100 billion won. This remarkable achievement is attributed to strengthening its managed service model, which comprehensively supports customers' AI adoption, in line with the increasing demand for cloud infrastructure driven by the widespread adoption of generative AI. Spearheaded by 'HelpNow AI,' Bespin Global successfully maximized efficiency and profitability while establishing a robust profit structure through thorough sales, general & administrative expenses and cost management. Bespin Global is evaluated to have firmly established a foundation for sustainable growth through its successful transition to an an AI-based, high-value-added business structure. With revenue growth becoming visible in Q1 2025 as well, it is expected to continue its long-term growth momentum based on a structural profit model. In addition to the Korean and US entities included in consolidated accounting, overseas entities in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan, as well as affiliate OpsNow, are also growing rapidly, proving their global capabilities.
