Argo, an integrated logistics platform operated by Techtaka, is injecting new vitality into the e-commerce market by announcing innovative service expansion. Starting from May 27th, Argo will fully expand and implement its Sunday delivery service nationwide, targeting both N-Delivery and general delivery users. This service improvement has been made possible by a 7-day-a-week center operation system. Last November, Argo successfully launched its N-Delivery same-day delivery service for Naver Smartstore sellers in the Seoul metropolitan area. This service, which delivers items received by 11 AM to buyers before midnight, has provided high customer satisfaction and met market expectations. Now, with Sunday delivery expanded beyond N-Delivery to include general delivery, all e-commerce sellers, including Naver Smartstore, will be able to deliver products quickly to customers not only on weekdays but also on weekends. These service improvements are already yielding tangible results. Since the introduction of N-Delivery in the Seoul metropolitan area, the number of clients using Argo has increased by 54%, and total outbound shipments have also grown by 35%. Furthermore, delivery-related inquiries have nearly doubled, indicating a positive market response. Argo, a member of the Naver Fulfillment Alliance (NFA), boasts an excellent logistics system. Through advanced digital logistics technologies such as automated parcel sorting models and automatic recalculation of outbound/loading deadlines, it achieves an impressive deadline compliance rate of 99.9%. In addition, it builds trust by providing supplementary services that offer practical assistance to clients, such as temporary processing for inbound/outbound goods and packaging video recording. Yang Soo-young, CEO of Techtaka, emphasized that Argo's accurate and efficient digital logistics system has enabled stable 7-day-a-week nationwide delivery. He stated his aspiration to continue listening to clients' voices and focus on providing even better services. Meanwhile, Argo is making various efforts for mutual growth with its clients. By implementing the 'Domestic Parcel Pre-compensation' policy for the first time in the logistics industry, it has reduced the burden on clients, and with innovative logistics solutions, such as a reasonable method of charging storage fees based on the volume of space used, it actively supports clients' business growth.
