AIFORPET Wins Global Insurtech Silver Award

"AI for Pet," a specialized AI solution company for pets, proved its global innovation capabilities by winning the Silver Award in the Insurtech category at the prestigious "2025 Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards." This honorable award was achieved amidst fierce competition involving over 200 insurance companies and insurtech firms worldwide. Among Korean companies, AI for Pet accomplished the remarkable feat of being listed alongside Kakao Pay on the winners' roster. AI for Pet provides a unique solution that diagnoses pets' health conditions through image and video analysis based on AI technology, detecting early signs of disease. Notably, the "AI-linked pet insurance innovation model," which integrates this technology into the insurance industry, received high praise in this award. AI for Pet's approach of planning new prevention-focused pet insurance services by utilizing pet health data and linking with insurance companies was recognized for its innovativeness in the global market. AI for Pet's flagship service, the pet health analysis app 'TTcare,' boasts advanced technology that analyzes the likelihood of disease with 95% reliability by training a deep learning AI model with over 2.5 million images. This technological capability has already been verified numerous times both domestically and internationally. AI for Pet has won CES Innovation Awards in two categories this year and was selected as one of Forbes Asia's 100 most promising companies, solidifying its position as a leader in the pet tech sector. Heo Eun-ah, CEO of AI for Pet, emphasized that this award is "a significant milestone recognizing AI for Pet's technology and market potential in the global insurance market." She further stated, "We plan to leverage this as a springboard to further expand partnerships with domestic and international insurance companies and accelerate our entry into the global pet insurance market," presenting her future vision. The 'Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards' is an event co-hosted by Qorus, a global financial innovation organization, and Accenture, a world-leading consulting firm, which annually identifies and honors companies driving digital transformation and customer-centric innovation in the insurance industry. AI for Pet has also secured continuous growth momentum by being selected for the 2025 Startup Leap Package Support Program by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED) under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, receiving customized commercialization support and mentoring from the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation.
