AI SPERA Rises as South Korea's Leading Deep Tech Startup! Set to Lead Global Cybersecurity AI Spera, a leader in innovation in AI-based cybersecurity, has been finally selected as a company for the '2025 Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project DIPS Commercialization' (hereinafter DIPS) organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, positioning itself at the forefront of deep tech startups in South Korea. DIPS is a key national project to discover and foster deep tech companies that will lead the global market in 10 advanced technology fields, including cybersecurity and networks, system semiconductors, and bio-health. AI Spera has established itself as a leading player in the cybersecurity and network sector, leveraging its unique cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and attack surface management (ASM) technologies, along with an extensive global collaborative network. Its status was further solidified when it officially received a plaque at the 'Renovation Day' event held on the 13th at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Hotel. With this DIPS selection, AI Spera will accelerate the advancement of its core solution, 'Criminal IP,' an AI-based cyber threat analysis platform. The company plans to focus on maximizing data accuracy and significantly improving threat response speed. Specifically, it aims to realize 'security for all' by greatly enhancing user accessibility so that even businesses or general users lacking security expertise can easily and intuitively utilize threat intelligence. The company is also stepping up its efforts to penetrate the global market. Utilizing its robust global network built over many years, AI Spera plans to pursue technology collaborations and joint marketing with over 100 overseas companies over the next three years, leading the global dissemination and quality enhancement of threat intelligence data. Specifically, it intends to broaden its service scope and maximize user convenience by introducing AI-based LLM threat analysis services, expanding global technology partnerships, and establishing an online payment system for enterprise security solutions. Kang Byung-tak, CEO of AI Spera, stated, "Regardless of company size or cybersecurity expertise, this is an era where all businesses must actively utilize threat intelligence. We will make user-centric technology development, which breaks down barriers to TI adoption and allows anyone to easily use it, our top priority." Currently, AI Spera is leading the market by offering a comprehensive lineup of security solutions, including the threat intelligence search engine 'Criminal IP,' the attack surface management solution 'Criminal IP ASM' which visualizes potential threats in IT environments, and 'Criminal IP FDS' which detects abnormal external access IPs. Having steadily expanded its international cooperation ecosystem through robust partnerships with over 40 global security companies such as Cisco, Tenable, Fortinet, VirusTotal, and Snowflake, AI Spera, following its recent participation in 'RSAC 2025,' plans to further solidify its global presence by consecutively participating in major international events like 'Infosecurity Europe' (UK) and 'Interop Tokyo 2025' (Japan) this coming June.
