Abley Achieves Record-High Performance in 2023! Transaction Volume Exceeds 2.5 Trillion Won, Declaring 'Limitless Growth' Abley Corporation recorded a transaction volume of 2.5 trillion won and sales of 334.3 billion won in 2023, breaking its highest performance since its establishment. This represents an approximately 30% growth compared to the previous year, demonstrating remarkable growth rates of 258% compared to 2021 and 87% compared to 2022, proving its leadership in the vertical commerce market. Abley, the core service women's fashion platform, achieved profitability for two consecutive years based on solid growth, and for the first time in the industry, surpassed an annual transaction volume of 2 trillion won. Recording a transaction volume increase of over 30% even amidst the ongoing economic downturn highlights Abley's unique competitiveness. Performance in expanded categories beyond fashion, such as beauty, food, and lifestyle, was also brilliant. Service revenue driven by 'Abley Sellers' surged by 42% year-on-year to 189.1 billion won, and product sales, including the fulfillment solution 'Abley Partners,' grew by 15% to 145.1 billion won, signaling the success of business diversification. Abley's strength is also clearly evident in user metrics. Monthly Active Users (MAU) reached 9.4 million, not only maintaining the top position in vertical commerce for five consecutive years since 2021 but also proudly securing second place in the combined ranking of general and specialized malls. Advances in new business sectors also clearly demonstrate Abley Corporation's future growth engines. '4910', a men's fashion app launched in the second half of 2023, saw its transaction volume in Q4 surge by an astounding 560% compared to Q1, recording 1.7 million monthly users and rapidly emerging as the second-largest men's fashion app in the market. 'Amood', a shopping app targeting the Japanese market, also led the global expansion of K-style through its 'one-stop global entry' service, proving its potential in the global market by achieving a transaction volume that grew by 300% year-on-year in the second half of last year and surpassing 5.6 million cumulative downloads. Abley Corporation pursued a strategy of boldly reinvesting Abley's surplus profits into new businesses and global expansion. It invested over 10 billion won annually into '4910', 'Fintech', 'Amood', and other initiatives, accelerating growth. Notably, to commemorate its first profit since establishment, it made the generous decision to distribute the entire 2023 operating profit of 3.3 billion won as incentives to all employees. Although this resulted in an operating loss of 15.4 billion won on a company-wide basis, it demonstrated a management philosophy that prioritizes sharing performance with employees. Kang Seok-hoon, CEO of Abley Corporation, stated, "Not content with Abley's unique position, we are expanding our reach into the men's and global markets, achieving 'limitless growth'," and revealed that the company will continue to expand its portfolio based on powerful AI technology and extensive big data on consumer preferences. In the future, Abley Corporation plans to solidify its position as the number one women's fashion platform, centered around 'Abley,' which combines profitability and growth, while continuously investing in and expanding new businesses such as '4910,' 'Amood,' and 'Fintech.'
