Wantedlab Launches AI-Focused Wanted Ground

HR tech company Wantedlab has established a new hub for fostering future talent, keeping pace with the rapidly changing digital era. This 7-story professional educational facility, which opened in Songpa-gu, Seoul, under the name 'Wanted Ground', will go beyond being a simple learning space and serve as an outpost for cultivating key talents who will lead the digital transformation. Wanted Ground is dedicated to fostering experts in advanced digital technology fields such as software, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). In particular, by focusing on the AI modeling field, which was difficult to access without expensive equipment, it provides a unique environment where learners can develop practical skills using cutting-edge AI equipment without personal financial burden. This demonstrates Wantedlab's strong commitment to lowering the barrier to digital education and helping talented individuals receive the best education without worrying about costs. Consisting of a total of 7 floors, Wanted Ground simultaneously pursues learning efficiency and enjoyment. Five floors are utilized as training rooms for respective specialized fields, providing an immersive learning environment, and one floor has been designed as a multi-purpose space for various offline events such as lectures by industry professionals and networking events. Additionally, a dedicated lounge for students will become a vibrant community space where they can alleviate learning fatigue, communicate freely with peers, and exchange ideas. A key feature here is that beyond simple knowledge acquisition, it supports students' successful career journeys through practical employment support programs and active community activities. Wantedlab does not stop here. Wanted Ground will also serve as a hub for customized educational programs designed to help experienced professionals maximize their AI utilization skills amidst rapidly changing industry trends and grow into 'ultra-gap talents' who meet the demands of the new era. Through curricula optimized for the characteristics of each job group and years of experience, it will actively support current professionals in acquiring the core competencies needed to lead the AI era.
