In the era of AI transformation (AX) that will determine the future of businesses, Wantedlab has partnered with AI specialized companies to launch the 'Enterprise AX Alliance' and address the challenges faced by businesses. While AI has moved beyond a mere trend and established itself as a core driving force for corporate competitiveness, many companies face difficulties in AX due to barriers in human resources and budget. The alliance, launched to quench this thirst, is spearheaded by Wantedlab, known for its generative AI platform 'Wanted LaaS', and brings together top experts from each field, including AI consulting firm Lesser, customized AI solution provider Braincrew, and AI integrated platform company VESSL AI. The ambition is to seamlessly support the entire AI transformation process for businesses, from AI education to development and operation. To commemorate its launch, the alliance held an 'AX Seminar for Successful AI Transformation of Enterprises' on the 17th, which attracted over 40 companies, including large enterprises, proving significant interest. At the seminar, the importance of 'customized AI education' to enhance employees' AI utilization capabilities (Shim Gyu-hyun, CEO of Lesser), and the 'Five Key Elements' for successful AI projects (Jung Ki-soo, Head of AI at Wantedlab) were discussed in depth. Additionally, practical success strategies were presented, such as 'cautious approach when adopting AI agents', a cutting-edge AI technology (Lee Kyoung-rok, CEO of Braincrew), and 'LLMOps-based infrastructure building strategy' (Ahn Jae-man, CEO of VESSL AI). Joo Hyung-min, Head of AX Business at Wantedlab, emphasized the shift beyond AI technology to 'AI competency', and highlighted essential AX elements from AI strategy to governance. Head Joo Hyung-min stated, "2025 will be an inflection point for the AI competency gap among businesses," and emphasized, "Alongside the adoption of the latest technologies, fostering practical AI capabilities and establishing company-wide generative AI platforms are key to success." The Enterprise AX Alliance promises to be the most reliable partner in the AI transformation journey of these businesses.
