IT startup Team Sparta has shown growth in its Business-to-Business (B2B) AI training programs. On the 6th, Team Sparta announced that its annual sales in the AI corporate training sector have increased 2.5 times compared to the previous year in 2025. According to the company, as of November last year, the cumulative number of corporate training participants has exceeded 20,000, and the training satisfaction score has averaged 4.6 out of 5. Team Sparta has been conducting offline training for employees of various industries, including IT, construction, distribution, and securities. The main curriculum is characterized by its focus on practical problem-solving. Specifically, it includes a course (192 hours) that covers the basics of Python to execute Proof of Concept (PoC) projects using machine learning and deep learning, a 2-day overnight hackathon (40 hours), and an internal AI expert training program (160 hours). A system for quality control of training has also been implemented. A specialized content team directly reviews the teaching materials to reflect the latest technological trends, and in addition to the main instructor, assistant instructors are deployed on-site to support practical exercises. Furthermore, a consulting service that measures training outcomes based on data has been provided to reduce the workload of corporate training managers. Additionally, Team Sparta is operating a talent development program that connects its own learning management system (LMS) with the government-supported bootcamp (KDT). Through the 'Baro Intern' program, which is linked to 427 partnering companies, they provide practical experience opportunities to training graduates. Lee Beom-kyu, CEO of Team Sparta, stated, “As a result of meeting the training standards required by companies, we will focus on bridging the gap between lectures and practical work based on our offline operating system and advanced curriculum.”
