An AI innovation wave is sweeping through the fashion e-commerce market. 'GENCY' by StudioLab, a multimodal AI-based commerce solution company, is drawing significant attention as it has been officially adopted by major fashion company Shinseong Tongsang.
GENCY is a generative AI solution specialized in creating detailed product pages for fashion apparel, going beyond mere images to deeply analyze product features and a brand's unique tone and manner. Based on this, it collectively optimizes key elements of detailed pages such as design, copywriting, and photo placement, with its core function being the automatic generation of large quantities of high-quality, sales-ready pages.
Shinseong Tongsang, which operates numerous brands including Top10 and Ziozia, has manually produced over 3,000 detailed product pages annually. This was an inefficient process that caused immense cost burdens and chronic schedule delays. However, following the introduction of GENCY, a single MD can now generate hundreds of pages in a short period without a designer's help, dramatically resolving past inefficiencies.
A Shinseong Tongsang official stated, "This is a key achievement of our company-wide AI transformation initiatives that began in 2023," and expressed satisfaction, adding that "key personnel can now move away from simple, repetitive tasks and focus on creating strategic value."
Kang Sung-hoon, CEO of StudioLab, stated, "A diverse range of customers, from large corporations to small business owners, are maximizing their e-commerce conversion rates through GENCY," and expressed commitment to advancing the technology. StudioLab has already proven its technological prowess by attracting investment from Naver D2SF and winning the CES Innovation Award for three consecutive years, and currently, over 30 major brands and 6,000 small business owners are utilizing GENCY. The company plans to accelerate global expansion with the goal of entering the Japanese and European markets by 2026, solidifying its position as a leader in the commerce AI market.
