The intelligent robotics company Robros showcased its self-developed humanoid robot at CES 2026. Robros unveiled the AI-based humanoid robot ‘IGRIS-C’ at the ‘CES 2026’ held in Las Vegas, USA, and conducted a live walking demonstration. The newly revealed IGRIS-C is a compact humanoid with a height of 154 cm and a weight of 56 kg. Robros developed it to be utilized in various indoor spaces such as laboratories, offices, and manufacturing sites by building everything in-house, from hardware design to control interfaces and AI-based predictive control technologies. During the demonstration at CES, the robot walked in an indoor environment based not only on simple motion reproduction but also on real-time control and situational awareness through AI. Additionally, it showcased interactive functions through over 20 preset actions such as waving, handshaking, and fist bumps. Robros is conducting this exhibition at the ‘K-Humanoid M.AX Alliance’ joint booth. This alliance consists of domestic robotics companies and component manufacturers like Aerobot, Robotis, and Tomorrow Robotics, formed to collaborate on the AI transformation in the manufacturing industry. CEO Noh Seung-jun of Robros stated, “IGRIS-C is a versatile platform that can be utilized in research, demonstration, service, and educational settings,” and added, “Through this exhibition, we aim to explore the applicability of domestic humanoid technology.”
