Particularly on days when severe cold, approaching minus 10 degrees Celsius, led to a rush of burst and frozen water pipes, order volumes surged by up to twofold compared to the previous day, proving that many people chose Laundrygo as an essential winter service. Laundrygo washes a wide range of items, from everyday wear like T-shirts and hoodies to shirts, padded jackets, hats, and even shoes. It boasts laundry quality that maximizes hygiene and antibacterial power, thanks to unique recipes developed by its in-house R&D organization, Laundry Innovation Lab. After washing and drying, clothes are neatly folded and delivered to the customer's doorstep, establishing itself as a smart solution that alleviates the 'laundry worries' of single-person households and dual-income families all at once. A steady average growth rate of 50% over the past three years supports this. Laundrygo, which introduced a new paradigm of 'everyday laundry subscription' to the existing laundry market, which was primarily focused on dry cleaning, has achieved overwhelming results with 150,000 cumulative subscribers, 5 million cumulative orders, and 30 million cumulative items of laundry processed.
