Kurly Food Festa 2025: 23,000 Visitors in 4 Days, A Massive Hit!
Kurly's gastronomic festival, 'Kurly Food Festa 2025,' successfully concluded its four-day run at COEX, Seoul, starting on the 18th. Approximately 23,000 visitors attended, proving the immense interest. Planned around the theme of 'Holiday Table' for the year-end season, the event greeted visitors from the entrance with a large Christmas tree and a 40-person banquet table, heightening the festive atmosphere. 109 partner companies and over 160 F&B brands participated, showcasing a diverse array of food and beverages. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the 'Cooking Show' by star chefs. Twelve renowned chefs, including Lee Yeon-bok, Jung Ji-sun, Ahn Yu-seong, and Kim Do-yoon, demonstrated their cooking live and offered visitors special tasting opportunities. Exquisite dishes like Chef Jung Ji-sun's Braised Pork and Beef Noodle Soup and Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Menbosha stimulated the palates. Additionally, the 'Rice Table' zone offered an interesting experience to compare various rice varieties and find the one that suited individual tastes. Each brand booth also featured diverse tastings and performances, such as Doje Sikppang (artisan bread), Yojum Yogurt, and Cinco Jotas Jamon. The event was packed with programs to satisfy all five senses, including a real vegetable picking event by agricultural brand Bareum Farm and a trial of Kurly's AI diet management app 'Lution.' Notably, Kurly introduced an innovative O2O (Online to Offline) method at this event, connecting offline experiences with online purchases. Visitors could immediately purchase items they tasted and experienced on-site via the Kurly app by simply scanning a QR code, and receive them through dawn delivery, adding to the convenience. Although the on-site event has concluded, the joy of gourmet food continues. Kurly plans to extend discount benefits for over 1,300 products through an online special exhibition until the 29th. Choi Jae-hoon, Kurly's Chief Commerce Officer (CCO), stated that this event was "a platform for gastronomic exploration beyond mere tasting," expressing deep gratitude to the customers who visited.
