Korea Deep Learning Unveils 'Deep Agent Lab' for Instant Document AI (OCR, Parser) Performance Verification

Korea Deep Learning, a leader in document AI innovation, is drawing industry attention by launching 'DEEP Agent Lab,' a demo platform where users can directly experience its core OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Parser technologies on the web. The key feature of this platform, built on Korea Deep Learning's document AI solution 'DEEP Agent,' is that users can upload documents and independently run 'DEEP OCR,' specialized in table detection and text extraction, or 'DEEP Parser,' for document structure analysis and field extraction, to individually verify the performance of each technology. This is extremely useful for companies to meticulously evaluate the capabilities of each technology before system implementation, especially for pre-verifying data processing quality when building large language model (LLM) or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, which are being actively adopted recently. 'DEEP Agent Lab' supports various output formats such as JSON, HTML, CSV, Excel, and PDF, and maximizes user convenience with easy access via Google social login and support for multiple file formats including PDF, JPG, and PNG. A dashboard is also provided, allowing users to grasp analysis volume, remaining credits, and analysis history at a glance, enabling efficient management. Notably, the same engine as the commercially available on-premise and API versions is operated, ensuring perfect reliability of test results. In addition, Korea Deep Learning has unveiled specialized document AI packages for key industries such as finance, public sector, manufacturing, and logistics. These packages, composed of industry-specific data structures, rule sets, and evaluation data, are expected to significantly shorten the time from Proof of Concept (PoC) to actual commercialization. Korea Deep Learning has already demonstrated through collaborations with major search solution companies like Wisenut and Konan Technology the effectiveness of applying data extracted by DEEP Agent to RAG technology in improving search accuracy and response stability.
