InterX Passes KOSDAQ Tech Evaluation, Accelerates H1 2026 IPO Plans
InterX, an innovative company in the field of manufacturing AI and autonomous manufacturing solutions, has successfully passed the technology evaluation, a crucial gateway for KOSDAQ listing, thereby officially commencing its Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. Having once again proven its unique technological prowess by acquiring an 'Excellent Grade' across all evaluated areas – including technological completeness, market competitive advantage, and commercialization potential – from professional evaluation agencies designated by the Korea Exchange, InterX aims for a technology-special listing by the first half of 2026, building upon this solid foundation. InterX's strengths are not limited solely to its technological capabilities. It has simultaneously secured practical commercialization capabilities and financial performance through over 200 successful implementation cases, including those with leading domestic conglomerates such as Hyundai Motor Company, Samsung SDI, LG Electronics, Hyundai Mobis, Daesang, and Samyang Corporation. Notably, it has garnered industry attention by recording revenues of 12.1 billion won in 2023 and 14.6 billion won in 2024, demonstrating exceptionally high profitability for an AI startup. InterX's core technologies are its AI solutions based on 'Software-Defined Manufacturing (SDM)' and 'Gen.AI', a generative AI optimized for manufacturing sites. These solutions have demonstrated 10-30% productivity improvements in real industrial settings, and 'Gen.AI' in particular recently secured Grade 1 GS Certification, solidifying its quality reliability. InterX boasts a complete integrated solution lineup covering the entire lifecycle of the manufacturing process, from start to finish, including Recipe.AI (process optimization), Quality.AI (quality management), Inspection.AI (inspection), Manufacturing.DT (digital twin), and Safety.AI (safety management). Park Jung-yoon, CEO of InterX, stated, "This technology evaluation officially recognizes InterX's unique competitiveness in the autonomous manufacturing sector," and expressed the ambition, "Building upon this technology listing, we will emerge as a company that leads the global manufacturing AX (AI Transformation) market, beyond Korea." With the successful completion of this evaluation, InterX has prepared itself to leap forward as a leader in the global manufacturing AI market.
