CRM marketing solution Datarize has opened a new horizon in corporate marketing utilizing KakaoTalk. Datarize officially supports Kakao's 'Brand Message' feature and is drawing industry attention particularly for implementing the 'I+N type' automatic sending function for the first time in Korea. This update was carried out in line with Kakao's transition to a more upgraded Brand Message policy from the existing 'FriendTalk'. Datarize designed its solution to enable perfect automation and operation of the new Brand Message channel within its platform. Brand Messages are largely divided into two types. 'I-type' targets KakaoTalk Channel friends, while 'N-type' is sent to non-friends who are not yet channel friends but have agreed to receive messages. Datarize's core innovation is the 'I+N type' automatic sending feature, which integrates these two types. This function ensures that messages are delivered to both channel friends and non-friends (those who consented to receive messages) without fail, by automatically switching to N-type and resending if an I-type delivery fails. Compared to the existing 'FriendTalk' which was limited to channel friends and thus had restricted reach, the I+N type Brand Message offers a powerful advantage: it minimizes sending loss and dramatically increases the reach of CRM campaigns conducted via KakaoTalk. Datarize maximizes corporate operational efficiency by automating all Brand Message sending processes. When creating a campaign, simply selecting the sending reach (I/N/I+N) allows the system to automatically extract the optimal audience. By integrating this with AI-based audience recommendation features and purchase probability scores, businesses can establish a fully automated CRM sending structure, enabling more sophisticated and effective marketing. Park Min-sung, CSO/CPO of Datarize, emphasized that this Brand Message support goes beyond merely replacing the existing 'FriendTalk', stating it "will be a significant turning point that enhances reach, campaign performance, and operational efficiency."
