## Allicon Accelerates Southeast Asian Market Expansion with Successful Implementation of AI-Based Hotel Autonomous Operation Solution in Chiang Mai, Thailand
Allicon, a leader in AI-based spatial autonomous operation solutions, has officially made its debut in the Thai hospitality market. Allicon announced that it has successfully implemented its AI-based hotel autonomous operation solution at 'SHIN Hotel Nimman Chiang Mai' in Chiang Mai, Thailand, laying an important groundwork for its expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
SHIN Hotel Nimman Chiang Mai, a 22-room hotel opened in 2023, will now experience a new level of operational efficiency through Allicon's innovative AI solution. This solution automates all hotel operations, from unmanned check-in to smart access control, sophisticated energy management, real-time environmental monitoring, and in-depth operational data analysis, simultaneously providing convenience to visitors and offering cost reduction and improved service quality to the hotel.
The Thai hospitality market, expected to grow to approximately 22.7 billion USD by 2025, represents an attractive land of opportunity for Allicon. This implementation at SHIN Hotel Chiang Mai is expected to serve as a strategic bridgehead for Allicon, making Thailand a key hub for its Southeast Asian market expansion.
Jo Min-hee, CEO of Allicon, stated, "Through the successful demonstration process at SHIN Hotel Chiang Mai, we have clearly proven the excellence of Korean AIoT smart operation technology in the Southeast Asian market." He emphasized, "We are confident that it will quickly establish itself as the optimal solution to resolve the labor shortages and high operating cost burdens faced by local hotels."
Allicon, headquartered in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, has already been recognized for its technological prowess by supplying AIoT integrated control solutions to various commercial spaces in Korea and Japan. Allicon, which first entered the Thai market through the '2025 Tourism Enterprise Overseas Expansion Demonstration Project' held in Bangkok last August, plans to further strengthen its presence in the Southeast Asian market through this collaboration with SHIN Hotel and leap forward as a global leader in smart hospitality solutions.
