## Aimed Shows Remarkable Growth with Innovative Venture Studio Model… Surpasses 28.2 Billion KRW in Sales in 2024 Aimed, which pursues an innovative venture studio model, is attracting market attention by recording approximately 28.2 billion KRW in sales based on the consolidated figures of its subsidiaries in 2024. Beyond mere external growth, Aimed is building its own unique business ecosystem and implementing a successful scale-up strategy. Aimed's growth is rooted in its strategic organizational strengthening, which began in earnest in 2022. By extensively recruiting experts with proven capabilities from leading domestic and international companies such as Google, Naver, and Kakao, it has internalized core competencies. These experts are developing businesses in key high-growth potential areas such as venture investment, Web3.0, digital marketing, and games, in the form of independent studios and Company-In-Company (CIC) units, thereby creating synergy. The success of this strategy is evidenced by the performance of its major subsidiaries. 'Blockore', a specialized Web3 enterprise investment company, is excelling in future technology investment, while mobile game developer 'Gameberry Studio' is targeting the market with unique game content. Furthermore, 'Martini IO', a full-funnel marketing specialist, is growing rapidly by providing data-driven, efficient marketing solutions. All these subsidiaries, after successful spin-offs, achieved an average individual revenue of 10 billion KRW in a short period and recorded stable operating profit surpluses, proving the robustness of the Aimed ecosystem. Lim Hyung-chul, CEO of Aimed, emphasized, "The venture studio model is a core strategy and philosophy that Aimed has consistently pursued for the past 14 years," and expressed confidence, saying, "2024 will be a year where we enter a full-fledged growth trajectory based on the foundation we have built." This demonstrates that Aimed has pursued sustainable growth not merely by nurturing companies, but by discovering visionary business ideas and successfully transforming them into independent ventures through a cyclical structure. Aimed's growth is not expected to stop here. Starting from the second quarter of 2025, led by its self-developed games, it plans to sequentially unveil numerous new projects that its subsidiaries are diligently preparing. The company expects that these new drivers will enable it to achieve performance significantly exceeding the 37.6 billion KRW in sales and 16.6 billion KRW in operating profit recorded in 2022, thereby presenting a blueprint for future increases in corporate value. Aimed is expected to continue creating new business opportunities through its innovative venture studio model and establish itself as a market-leading company, drawing keen attention.
