4x4 and Salin Selected for 'D.N.A. Large-SME Partnership Project'

Content AI solution company 4x4 and digital marketing platform Salin have teamed up and achieved the remarkable feat of being selected for the '2025 D.N.A. Large-Small Business Partnership Joint Advancement Program'. This program, organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), supports the successful overseas expansion of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with excellent technological capabilities. A total of four outstanding consortia in the ICT sector, valued at 2.4 billion won, were carefully selected. The selected 4x4 provides 'PIXELL', an AI-based video quality enhancement and capacity reduction solution, while Salin offers 'AI Talker', which supports automatic subtitle generation, translation, and summarization. Based on these innovative technologies, the two companies will assist the global growth of domestic SMEs that possess unique content or are targeting overseas markets with video marketing. In particular, 4x4 plans to actively support the localization and networking of beneficiary companies by leveraging its expertise in the US market (participation in CES, NAB, and establishment of local subsidiaries), while Salin will do the same for the Japanese market (securing clients like SoftBank, Sony, etc.). For seven months, starting this May, the consortium, along with various companies seeking to expand overseas, will engage in service establishment and operation, and overseas market pioneering activities, aiming for tangible results such as proof of concept and contract signings. A 4x4 official emphasized that this selection is a significant opportunity to widely promote their technological capabilities abroad and grow together with domestic companies. Recently, 4x4 received favorable reviews at the NAB Show 2025 in the US, further accelerating its overseas business.
