Notably, unlike many companies that challenge only one division (either sales or purchase), 21세기전파상, as an integrated platform, succeeded in simultaneously obtaining certification in both divisions for the first time, solidifying its unique position in the industry. Through the 'Used Phone Transaction Fact Verification Service' and 'Find Used Phone Safe Transaction Certified Operator' systems, newly implemented this year, consumers can easily identify safe operators before a transaction. After a transaction, they can receive a KAIT Transaction Fact Verification Certificate, allowing them to use used phones with peace of mind without the risk of malicious loss/theft reports. Users of 21세기전파상 can apply for this certificate directly within the platform, further enhancing convenience. Specifically, in the sales division, the '21st Century Inspection Center 2.0' received excellent evaluations for its 20-plus item automatic diagnostic function, 1-year quality warranty issuance, detailed grade and product information disclosure, and a post-support system with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 90%. In the purchase division, the forensic-based powerful personal data unrecoverable deletion technology, real-time purchase price disclosure, and clear disclosure of grade calculation criteria scored highly. CEO Park Young-jun stated, "Our five years of effort to standardize used phones like industrial products through AI technology have borne fruit with government certification," and expressed his ambition to "lead global standards by expanding the Korean-style safe transaction model to overseas markets such as India and West Africa, beyond domestic borders." 21세기전파상 plans to expand grade standardization to tablets and laptops in the second half of the year and aims to achieve annual exports of 100,000 units and 20 billion won in sales by 2027.
