2025 Seoul Midlife & Senior Startup Demoday: 10 Investor Pitches

The '2025 Seoul 50+ Startup Demoday,' hosted by the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation and participated in by CNT Tech as a partner, successfully concluded at Mapo Front1. At this event, prepared to support investment attraction for senior startup companies, 10 teams who had undergone mentoring and acceleration processes took the stage to present their business visions, capturing the attention of investors. After fierce competition, the prestigious Grand Prize went to 'Nuristem,' which showcased an induced pluripotent stem cell organoid-based drug discovery platform. The Top Excellence Award was jointly presented to 'InnoOwl' for its RNA-based AI atopic dermatitis diagnosis solution and 'Pester' for its SiC-based smart grid solution. The Excellence Award went to 'AIRO Solution' for its senior healthcare radar AI solution and 'RiniTail' for its AI-based picture book content platform, while five teams – Soonsu Sikttak, The ZaAn, AMF Design, Pinktech, and Paradign – received encouragement awards. The judging panel praised the "outstanding technological and business feasibility of senior startup teams that define and solve problems based on their experience," highly evaluating the development potential of senior startups. Jeon Hwa-sung, CEO of CNT Tech, emphasized that senior startups are establishing themselves as an 'experience-based innovative startup group,' and promised active support, including follow-up investment connections, even after the Demoday. Alongside the Demoday, the '2025 Senior Startup Consulting Performance Sharing Session' and the 'Senior Startup Forum 2025' were also held, providing a platform for in-depth discussions on future strategies for senior startups. At the forum, experts in policy, investment, and industry gathered to explore growth directions, public-private cooperation, and investment linkage strategies for senior startups, having a meaningful time for the sustainable development of the senior startup ecosystem.
